2 Combine the flour, baking powder and grated coconut. Stir into the batter. Place about 40 little mounds on the trays, not too close together, and bake each tray for about 12 minutes. Remove, and leave the soft cakes on the trays until cold.
3 Chop the coating and melt in a bowl over hot water. Stir together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add the coconut liqueur in teaspoons. Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture in three portions. Put in the fridge until ready to serve (for at least 1 hour). Then spoon the cream into a piping bag, and pipe onto the undersides of half the cakes. Top with the remaining cakes.
